The green transition creates many new types of work that require new skills from those involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vocational education also has a strong educational mission. The growth of young people, the development of their professional identity, and their understanding of themselves as part of their community and society all evolve during their studies. Teaching is subject to expectations that may not always have immediate tools or solutions.
