Expand Partnerships
Vocational education is carried out in collaboration with various partners – workplaces, primary schools, high schools, universities of applied sciences, universities, research institutions, organisations, and trade unions all work together with vocational education to enable smooth educational pathways for students of all ages. These partnerships can be deepened and utilised in building a sustainable future. Students’ sustainability expertise and educational institutions as sustainable learning environments are built through collaboration!
Workplaces are key partners in vocational education in building a sustainable future.
In sustainable workplaces and internships, students learn responsible professional skills. On the other hand, students who have developed sustainability expertise can also contribute to renewing workplace practices for sustainability, either through their own skills or as part of study modules completed during internships. In enhancing sustainability expertise, the involvement of all stakeholders across sectors is essential – from education providers and student and professional organisations to research entities.
